In July 2013, she founded Your True Potential -a boutique consultancy firm that provides Human Resources services with a strong ontological approach-. She currently works as Coach, Trainer & Speaker, being an Expert in Personal Branding. She collaborates with several organizations promoting female leadership with a conciliatory style in pursuit of a more equitable and supportive world.
