Patricia is a Franco-Peruvian lawyer practicing in environmental law and sustainable development. In 2021, she founded PCS LATAM Avocat, an international law firm in Paris.

Patricia started her activity in France in 2003 at Savin Martinet Associés, where she became a partner in 2007. She was an internal auditor and responsible for the Integrated Quality Management System, Safety and Environment. Following the merger with DS AVOCATS in October 2014, Patricia became Counsel, responsible for the Latin America Desk. She supports companies in the implementation of their projects in Latin America, particularly in the countries of the Pacific Alliance: Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru. She also assists Latin American exporters and investors in their projects in Europe and their commercial or administrative disputes resulting from European regulatory constraints that may prevent access to the French and EU markets, particularly in the agri-food and fisheries sector. In 2017, Patricia opened DS Avocats in Lima and was in charge of the said office until the end of 2019.
