She's a global Chief Financial officer and expert in international business. She's an National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) governance fellow and Board Member of NACD Chapter of Utah. She is a member of the Women Corporate Directors at the chapter of LA/OC and member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association.

She's committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and believes that corporate responsibility is not only toward shareholders but also toward a broader spectrum of stakeholders, and the communities where they operate. That's the reason why she promotes focusing on ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) in corporate decisions.
She was born in Spain and lives in Utah since 2006.
