Beatriz Martorello

Is a senior global executive and attorney. She is a founding partner of Martorello Schildhaus LLC, a minority, woman-owned law firm with offices in Chicago, Washington, DC and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

She has decades of experience representing business organizations of all sizes in a wide variety of matters in the US and Latin America. She is a member of the bars of Illinois, Argentina and Peru, and is a certified mediator for the Illinois courts.

Aaron Schildhaus

Is an attorney and arbitrator licensed in the District of Columbia and Illinois. He is a founding partner of Martorello Schildhaus LLC, a minority, woman-owned law firm with offices in Chicago, Washington, DC and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He has decades of experience representing businesses and NGO’s worldwide. He is a recipient of numerous professional awards and recognitions, including the American Bar Association (ABA) Mayre Rasmussen Award “in recognition of his contributions to the advancement of women in international law”.

Ana Dutra

A Brazilian with 30 years of experience in global P&L management, corporate governance, M&A, technology and business growth in 25+ countries.

Ana led global P&Ls with companies such as IBM, Korn Ferry and Accenture and helps Boards and CEOs transform businesses. She holds an MBA from Kellogg, a MsEcon and a JD, all Summa cum laude.
